My health and wellness journey began at age 8 when I started studying Shotokan Karate, laying the foundation for a lifelong passion for fitness. By 14, I hired my first personal trainer to learn the art of weightlifting, and at 16, I expanded my training to include Muay Thai kickboxing.

In 2000, I discovered yoga, which became a transformative part of my wellness routine. My personal training certification followed in 2003, and I have been dedicated to weightlifting and fitness ever since. I concurrently continued to deepen my yoga practice over the years, earning my yoga instructor certification in 2015. 

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of teaching and training in gyms & studios around the world, including in California, Hawaii, Kenya, France, and beyond. My journey reflects a commitment to health, discipline, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
